Born in London, Lisa Cain is a dynamic senior packaging leader whose career has spanned diverse sectors, including food and beverage, beauty and personal care, electricals, and homeware. With a wealth of experience in guiding global packaging teams, Lisa seamlessly navigates the intricacies of these industries. Her genuine passion for design, innovation, and sustainability shines through in her work. Lisa's forward-thinking approach and trailblazing spirit make her a thought leader within the packaging world.

Creativity

Kevin Shaw is the founder and creative director of Stranger & Stranger, an award-winning alcoholic beverage brand and packaging design agency with studios in London, New York and San Francisco. The company advises businesses and start-ups of all sizes and is behind some of the most prominent labels launched in the past 20 years.

The best thing about my job are all the amazing projects we are involved in. And seeing the passion and incredible creative drive of our designers. This is what gets me up every day.

Engineering

Kevin is a graduate of Tampa Technical Institute where he studied graphic design, print and outdoor advertising, photography, packaging design and illustration. As a Senior Designer at WestRock, Kevin joins us with over 30 years of experience in the packaging industry, including manufacturing, and both structural and graphic design. Kevin currently works with the Corrugated COE Design Team that focuses on national accounts and WestRock's PM&A automation group developing creative packaging for protein, produce & agriculture, eCommerce, retail ready/shelf ready, home & beauty and automated packaging solutions.

In 2019 he won the Innovation Excellence Award for his work with Valvoline. His drive for creativity has earned him multiple patents for the packaging industry.

Kevin often brings his passion for design home from work, where he and his wife won 1^st place for their neighborhood holiday design competition.
